The Stillwater News Press is hosting the Stillwater Bridal Showcase 10 a.m. Jan. 21 at the Conoco Phillips OSU Alumni Center.

“We are very excited to be holding the Stillwater Bridal Showcase at the Conoco Phillips OSU Alumni Center for the first time this year,” Julie Strain of Stillwater News Press said. “It will be a beautiful setting for the show and we are pleased to be working with their solid staff to make all of this come together this year.”

The Stillwater Bridal Showcase brings together the best vendors from the area. Future brides-to-be attending the showcase will be able to chat with photographers, videographers, bakers, DJ’s, florists, makeup providers, wedding attire specialists and wedding venues. Most of the exhibitors are local businesses from the Stillwater area.

“It’s a great place to find everything to craft a wedding,” Strain said.

Styles in the wedding industry are constantly changing and tuxedo and gown vendors will have the hottest trends available. The style show will begin at 2 p.m. with models from Kappa Kappa Gamma displaying the newest fashions for the bride and groom. Key sponsor Formal Fantasy of Stillwater will provide the wedding attire for the show while Flourishes Flowers, Décor and More of Stillwater will provide the bouquets. EVERYMAN of Stillwater will provide tuxedos. Meridian Technology Cosmetology department will demonstrate the latest styles in updos.

Bridal Showcase admission is $3 in advance at the Stillwater News Press. Admission the day of the show is $5. Other key sponsors for the show include the Conoco Phillips OSU Alumni Center, Shake Rattle and Roll and wedding venue, Sparrow Beginnings.

Brides-to-be planning to attend will receive door prizes given away by vendors. There will be a grand prize honeymoon package to Oklahoma City Wyndham Garden Hotel provided by Stillwater News Press. Vendors will have samples of their products to help plan that special day from taste testing to the visual aspects of finding the right photographer.

The Stillwater Bridal Showcase helps brides-to-be plan that special day all in one place.

“It’s a great one-stop shop for all your wedding needs,” said Strain.
