Flair Magazine took the trip and we met with owner and chief stylist Tanesha Barnett, who shared that she has always been passionate about the care and styling of hair. It is true that no matter what a woman is wearing, the look is incomplete unless the hairdo complements the outfit. In fact, she often asks what her client will be wearing to a particular event so that she can know what style would be best.

The world of business is hard and challenging, and truth be told, it is even harder for a young woman, but this one was determined to achieve her dreams. Barnett admits that her biggest challenge was actually fear, but she is powered by the reality that growing up she didn't have much, and she wants to create a different lifestyle for herself and her children.

It is because of her passion that she insists on the best customer service from her employees. "It is not just for the money. I am genuinely passionate about what I do," she shared. It brings her great joy when a customer is pleased when she gets up from her chair. She also admits that sometimes it is not all about the end product. She does what is best for the individual's hair.
